Emergency Medical Response is a comprehensive training that gives professional rescuers the knowledge and skills necessary to work as an emergency medical responder. This is a 64-hour intense hands-on training course that provides a 2-year certification from the American Red Cross in Emergency Medical Response, Oxygen Administration, CPR for the Professional Responder and a 1-year certification in Bloodborne Pathogens.

This class meets the requirements of CERT Training Level 3 in many areas. Students will need to prepare outside the classroom for upcoming sessions. Class consists of 8 Saturday classes and requires demonstration level of competency and retention of the skills learned as well as obtaining a minimum score of 80% on a written exam.
